About Covered Mind
Covered Mind is a free, national guide to insurance coverage and verified clinics for Spravato, ketamine therapy and TMS. We are paid by clinics, never by patients, and we show every verified clinic whether or not it pays us.

Why this exists
Most people who look into Spravato, ketamine therapy or TMS have already tried two or more antidepressants. By that point they are tired, and the next step is buried under prior authorization rules, cash prices that vary by thousands of dollars, and clinic websites that do not say what they accept. Covered Mind does the checking first: what your plan requires, what you will likely pay, and which nearby clinics are real, certified and taking patients.
What we do not do
- We do not give medical advice. Only a clinician can tell you whether a treatment is right for you.
- We do not guarantee coverage. Your plan documents and your insurer's decision control.
- We do not sell patient information to anyone other than the clinic you explicitly ask us to contact.
- We do not hide unpaid clinics. Every verified clinic appears in search results; paid partners are labeled.
How we make money
Clinics pay us when a patient asks to be connected with them, and some pay for a labeled featured or exclusive listing in their metro. Patients never pay. Paid status never changes a clinic's verification, its coverage facts or its prices. See the editorial policy for the rules.
